The TRF400E is designed to grind solid food products that need to be broken down into suitable forms while making use of a crushing technique. All our machines offer a cutting as well as grinding function. This machine uses several different screens in order to get the desired shape of the product.

Our shredders are very effective at grinding solids without making too much noise, there is also minimal heat buildup during these processes. Depending on the needs of the application, the screens can be adjusted to initiate a variety of granulation techniques to achieve the desired results.

Basic components a Foliage Shredder:

The feed is where the product is inserted into the machine in order for it to be processed. Products such as shelled corn, sugar cane, sorghum, maize corn, branches, and grass of the most varied species, can be used in the shredder. It is best to ensure that the product inserted into the feeder is dry.

The green crop feeder can be used as an alternative to the funnel feeder for bigger products such as branches.

The screens are used to give the products the desired shape, the shredders are equipped with a variety of screens of all different sizes such as 0.8-mm, 3-mm, 5-mm, 12-mm, and the smooth screen.

The hammers are the section where the hammering takes place, as the name implies. Only products that are now suitable for further processing enter the crushing chamber
