What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes out of stock, you then have the option to be refunded, or credited or wait until it comes into stock again.

When can I expect my delivery?

Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay.  Delivery usually takes between 1-3 days unless otherwise notified.

How can I return an item?

Please email us at info@epacon.co.za with your item code and the reason for your return. We will refund or credit your purchase in accordance with our Return Policy .

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit & Debit Card
  • Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that goods will only be processed once funds reflect in our bank account, if you need your goods urgently please ensure that you make an immediate payment.

Can I come to your shop?

Absolutely! We’d love to have you visit our store. We’re located at Unit Number 4 , 18 Foreman Street Spartan, Kempton Park, 1619. Our business hours are 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
